How long can I expect this to take?

The anger symptoms are the easiest to see and try to manage, the hard ( and REAL) work that needs to happen is to understand why you get so angry and where it comes from. You may find it takes a few week, I have had clients really want to processes their anger and take months because of all the other components that come along with it.


Isn’t anger a normal emotion?

Absolutely, but your behaviors are the things getting your way from a healthy well being, and healthy relationships. You getting angry is not a problem, it’s what you do when you get angry that is the problem. We will learn healthy ways to cope and let your anger out.
