Our Process
-

Regulate Emotions
Processing trauma takes a tremendous amount of energy out of you. first we need to practice tools that help keep you grounded and in the moment you are in now, and not back when the trauma happened.
-

Identify memory
Clearly define what about the memory that triggers you. All while still practicing the grounding tools.
-

Process emotions attached
Reliving the moment is not easy. But by practicing the tools, you are in full control of the present moment and how far you want to process.
-

Reframe Memory
As you process the emotions through your mind and body, you have the chance to take away new insights from the same memory that gave you so much pain.
You are more than what happened to you
The situation may be behind you, but sometimes it may feel like the trauma still lurks around everyday.
