Emotionally Regulate
We will use a specific combination of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Somatic tools to help regulate your emotions.

Challange beliefs
Once regulated, we will take the time to find the flaws in logic with your negative thoughts. They are not as real as we think they are.

Apply skills
Both in session and out, you must apply these skills you learn in order to reinforce the beliefs you want to move forward with.
